Membership Memo AGM

This is the first of an irregular series of articles con- January 22, 2020
cerning membership matters. Although I will continue
to present a report to the membership at our monthly
meetings, those not at the meeting only receive the in- Photos by Melvin Reid
formation a month later when the minutes are pub-
lished. By using the Running Board I hope pertinent
information will be received by more people in a timely
manner.

Membership Cards: Not everyone has received their
2020 membership card. I can prepare cards at any
monthly meeting for those who have either not received
them or have mislaid them. For members who do not or
cannot attend our meetings and require a card, please
contact me so that we can make some suitable arrange-
ments.

Rosters: Printed membership rosters will be available
at the March meeting. Please read your entry carefully
and forward any changes, errors, omissions and addi-
tions to me at your earliest convenience. This way, the
roster can be kept up-to date throughout the year. Also,
as the distribution list for the Running Board is derived Ernie Korchinsky passing out the 50/50 win-
from the membership roster, inaccuracies may result in nings to longtime Recording Secretary Nels An-

Name Tags: Members are eligible to receive free name
tags upon registering for a second year of membership.
Although we make every effort to ensure that eligible
members receive their tags in a timely manner, errors
do occur at times If you haven’t received a name tag
that you feel you are entitled to please contact me. Re-
placement name tags are available at an estimated cost
of $14.50 for those who have lost or misplaced them.
Again, contact me, or put your name on the list at the
March meeting. There are some name tags that were
made in previous years and have not been picked up. I
will bring them to each meeting and any other events I
attend. I intend to order the name tags before the end of
March in time for the April meeting.
