Splinters From The Chair by Vern Muth
Once again, greetings to you, the members of the EACC from us, your Executive and Board. As
your President, I want to report they have been working as hard as possible as the circumstances
allow. We have had monthly Executive tele-conference meetings, and plan to continue. Ed
Surbey is recording it all very well.
The website is under a revamp, with Don Cameron as the leader. Also, Don with the help of
Susan Denning have been organizing Seniors drive-bys. Chris Bamford is doing monthly enter-
tainment for you to tap into online, as is Brian Zahorodniuk. The Running Board is over flow-
ing its pages and looking good under the efforts of editor, Ryan Fenrich. Ian Simpson and Earl Schmermund are send-
ing out rosters and Running Boards to keep you up to speed. Bert Hoogewoonink is keeping good track of finances.
Dave Schroeder and Gerry Lee are offering support where needed. Thanks to them all. They are poised for the future
and I am proud of them.
The new normal is coming. Marilyn and I wish the best for you all.
